I know that I have not updated the blog for quite sometime and apologize for that. I had been busy developing my Network Marketing business and have been traveling to many parts of South East Asia. I have set my goal to move up rank by end of October 2008.

If you are involved with Network marketing one of the best advice I can give is to remain FOCUS on what you are doing. Stay with your exisitng company and work closely with your leaders. If you are not moving ahead I suggest that you change your mindset and ATTITUDE. You will change your PIN when you change your ATTITUDE. Also you need to improve yourself by reading and attending seminars.

I attended the ENMC (Elite Network Maarketing Congress 2008) in Singapore on 5th April to 6th April 2008. There were 15 speakers for the event and I was previledged to be one of the speakers. My topic was on "The Ultimate Lead Generation System". This is a very important topic as I explained the importance of using the Internet as a powerful tool to generate continuous leads for your MLM business. Using the Internet requires this 4 basis steps:

1. Squeeze page

2. Autoresponder

3. Sales Page

4. Generating traffic

You need to have a squeeze page to direct traffic to it and to build your list. You then need an autoresponder to capture the details of the prospects and to follow up with them automatically.

Then you need to direct your prospects to a sales page to promote a generic product related to MLM. This can be your own product or product of others. This will enable you to generate some income that will fund your advertising cost.

Lastly you need to drive traffic to your squeeze page. This can be offline or using online traffic generation methods.

From the other speakers I would like to impress upon you that it is important to have a proper system for duplication. This is important if you wish to build a solid and International business.

The ENMC will be an annual affair and the next one will be in 2009. So keep your ears open for the announcement.

For some time now, people admire the success of Network marketing companies like Amway and others. Overall MLM businesses gained a measure of success with people looking to build income generating opportunities that last.

However, in the past few years, MLM has gained a a bad image that is ill-deserved. Many people associate MLM as an illegal business, scams, and other undesirable elements. However, The truth is that MLM is a good way to generate income if performed correctly.

Truth be told, the only reason MLM has descended in its desirability is because too many people get involved to make a quick buck without really knowing what it takes to build a good MLM downline and how to approach the business correctly.

Many people actually think that an MLM business entails making money without even working. There has been a bevy of unethical distributors in the MLM business. Many try to make money by misleading other people. And many other people drop out after investing in an multilevel marketing business due to frustration and lack of persistency.

These people, often think they can relax and earn money just by doing nothing. They will surely be disappointed when they find out that they are not earning much at all. They therefore badmouth the MLM business as a whole.

Unfortunately, their failures are their own doing. However, if you approach an MLM business with the right mindset you are sure to gain a great degree of financial success. And the key to obtaining financial success in the MLM business is duplication.

Duplication means that you're supposed to create a downline organization that is growing. Every member of your downline should be able to create his or her own downline. This means that every single member of your team is able to sponsor other people in return.

If you can create a downline that is as successful as you are, then you can have a downline that will continue to generate income and make you successful.

But how do you a accomplish this? Here are a few tips.

1. Recruit like-minded people. If you want your downline to be successful you have to find people who are hungry for success. If you recruit people who are not motivated and are just in the business for the short term, then you are in serious trouble.

You are supposed to recruit people who are aggressive and persistent-just like you. If you can recruit people who are just like you, then they in turn will go on to recruit people who are built for success. This will build a veritable gold mine of recruiting agents.

2. Help others to become successful. The objective here is to build a downline where not only you are successful. Make sure that everyone and every single distributor of your team can succeed and can make money. If everyone can have success, they will be excited to continue building on that downline you started.

It is sad that some people are selfish and care for their own success. In MLM's, this cannot be. If you only care for your own success, you'll find that your downline will steadily decrease since you are only thinking of your own success. Remember, in MLM's, everyone success is your success. If they succeed you earn.

3. Good personnel Management. Think of your downline as a valuable resource and not just an object just to earn money. If you learn how to value every single distributor of your team, you are sure to have a downline that is capable of accomplishing great success. Duplication depends on the mindset of each and every member of this team. They should have a mindset just like yours-eager and raring to build their own organization.

Only then can you have duplication and success in your MLM business.

If you learn how to inspire others and how to spur them on towards success, you can build a strong organization, which effectively invigorates them with the energy needed to continue persevering in their MLM business.

Conclusion

Don’t be satisfied to just to be able to assemble a hodgepodge menagerie of recruits. Make sure that each team member is built for the kill. With this you have duplication in your downline. And only then can you have success in your multilevel marketing business.

The compensation plan is usually the first thing you look into when researching a multi level marketing opportunity. With so many multi level marketing opportunities around today, it is important to understand that not all compensation plans are created equal. The first thing to look into with any MLM (Multi Level Marketing) compensation plan is, will it meet your needs and any desires you may wish to fulfill? The second thing to look at a compensation plan for is a realistic view. What will it take to be compensated at the level you wish to be? How long of a wait until you get to that level? How much time or energy are you willing to put into the project in the first place? Answering these questions will help you decide if the compensation plan for that specific MLM is worth it for you.

Whichever compensation plan you work with it stands to reason that there are pros and cons to all of them. You can make any of them work for you with a little knowledge and the willingness to work towards your goals.
